Mentoring at BBYCA supports our program goals through real-life stories of cadets, staff, and experts in the field. We meet or exceed national mentoring standards established by the National Mentoring Partnership. These standards encompass mentor recruiting, screening, training, matching, monitoring, and support.

The National Guard Youth Challenge Program is the only program of its kind that provides graduates with a personal mentor for one year to help participants transition into adulthood. Please learn more about applying to become a BBYCA mentor.
